How To Read The Sheet
The Sharp Sheets were created to pass along info that is helpful when doing your research. It’s data and inside info driven. It is information that’s intended for handicappers and for the books itself to adjust lines so don’t feel bad if you’re having trouble reading it. The more you see it the more comfortable you’ll be with it. Hopefully you guys enjoy and hopefully this synopsis helps you understand each section
Public Plays-
This is a list of the strongest public plays of the day. It’s from several books (including online) and is some of the most accurate data out there. You would want to NOT be on these plays. The public wins sometimes but only 2% of gamblers win long term. So stay away. When it’s 70% or higher it’s a FADE play (go the other way). Over 75% is a very very strong fade play
Sharp Plays-
This is a list of where the sharp money is going that day. They are ranked from strongest to weakest sharp play based on our proprietary algorithm with the data we collect. Sharps don’t win all the time but they win more than they lose so remember incorporate this with your own research and again over time you’ll find what works best for you.
Sharp Buys-
This is info the books have to let each other know where the “sharp” or known bettors are taking action. When a sharp or known bettor takes a play, books react to move the line accordingly. These sharp or known bettors have been doing this for a long time and don’t bet often but when they do it’s a lot and enough to move the needle. We like to FOLLOW these plays. But do some research first. Make sure you like the game as well and always check injuries
Interesting Moves-
This is the section the author of this newsletter writes what he sees interesting in the lines or the movements. He was a bookmaker for over a decade and can spot these interesting moves easily. This is a subjective section so follow it a few times before jumping in. Let him earn your trust and do your research
Book Benefits-
There’s a reason Vegas hasn’t gone out of business. More often than not, they get what they need. This section shows you where the book is most leveraged or where their most liability is. If it says Warriors (like tonight) that means they’re very levered to the Thunder and they need the Warriors to win. We like to make sure we need what the book needs as well (side note: these plays work better on high volume days usually Thursday thru Monday in the fall and winter)
The Top Plays on the sheet will be encompassed in the grey box in the middle of the page Lead by the play of the day. But please always read the whole sheet for iots full benefit. there is data in every section
Hope you guys enjoy and good luck!!!!
